Job description
- Job position at the team dedicated to automation of business processes
- The business analyst’s main focus is to understand the business processes, to identify areas of improvement (problem areas), and to work with the business stakeholders to identify suitable solutions. If the solution involves the development or modification of information systems, the business analyst is also responsible to gather, analyze, and document the business requirements which must be fulfilled by the software
- System Analyst is obviously an IT specialist with strong IT architecture/programming background
- Systems Analyst’s main role is to understand the business requirements (documented by the business analyst) and to design and document the functional and, often, technical implementation of the software/IT system. The systems analyst also helps solve problems and issues with existing systems through research of these systems, code reviews, data analysis
- Business System Analyst represents bridge between world of business and software developers. Business System Analyst identify WHAT could be done cheaper or more effective and is also responsible for planning of HOW to implement new solution to existing processes. Position provides a lot of challenges and huge space for professional and personal growth
- Assist the software development team and other IT experts to strengthen their understanding of the solution to be developed
- Studies business functions; gathers information; evaluates output requirements and formats for software development team
- Designs new software solutions by analyzing complex requirements; suggesting workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
- Provides references for users by managing user documentation; elaborate e-learning materials for user self-study
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Required ability and qualification
- University degree (minimum Bachelor), specialization in object oriented programming (Suitable for university graduate)

General IT scope needed (advantage = previous software development and skills)
- English B2 (advantage)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Analysis and comprehension skills
- Visualization and prototyping skills
- Knowledge of software designing concepts
- Working know how of business process
- Basic understanding of networks, operating systems and technology system interfaces
- Good command over spoken and written communication
- Organizational and presentation skills
